Dr. Anastasia Giteva- Turcheva graduated from Medical University, Plovdiv, in 1996. From 1996 to 2000 she worked in the Neurological Department of the hospital in Pirdop. From 2002 until 2013 she worked as a neurologist at University Hospital for Active Treatment “Tsaritsa Yoanna”, Sofia. In 2007, she acquired specialization in Neurology. From 2012 to 2014 she worked as a neurologist in the Military Hospital, Sofia. In 2014 she acquired specialization in Electroencephalography in the Military Hospital, Sofia. From 2015 till 2018 she worked in the department of Neurology in Multiple Hospital for Active Treatment and Emergency Medicine “N. I. Pirogov”. Dr. Anastasia Giteva has extensive professional experience in the prevention and adequate treatment of neurological diseases. She is a member of the Bulgarian Neurological society, the European Society of Neurology and Cerebral Hemodynamics. Dr. Giteva annually participates in various congresses and specialized training courses.
